We tried calling TWICE and was put on hold for more than 10 minutes before someone picked up the phone and was hung up on. This has happened twice and I would prefer at least being told that they aren't able to help us with our issues

Very personable vet and staff. It is a satellite clinic of a Sulphur clinic. Only open with vet 2 days a week. The rest of the week staff keeps it open. I trust Dr Meaux with my dogs. He and his staff have a love for animals that is reflected in their practices.
