RecommendedWould like to share that the kind, compassionate service, along with the living care is evident. What has gone beyond expectation is that I have been to a lot of vets, surgeries and more across numerous countries and have not seen such a magnificent spay and incision, let alone healing time since SriLanka! We had several puppies spayed and all consistent.
This clinic was just fine at first. However, if your pet becomes ill forget about being able to get in for services. The three times I've tried to get in due to unexpected illnesses or issues with my animals, they have had no time slots available for 2-3 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable. They didn't even offer to keep me on a list for cancellations. I'm fed up with their unwillingness, or incompetence(?), in offering better service. Extremely irritating. I'm moving on.
Dr. Wenzel was extremely attentive to our Maye and is sending us to a surgeon that he highly recommends. He is a caring and compassionate person and understood how we were feeling and our concerns.
Dr. Wenzel is awesome and I would highly recommend him.
