I understand one driver of truck 255 does not represent the entire company but I would say, as a business owner, I would be very careful having employees who’s personality and characters represent my company in any type of negative way. It doesn’t hurt to be respectful and cordial. You are driving a company vehicle, wearing a company shirt on company time. You represent them, have a more positive, professional and respectful attitude. He could use a talk.
