Scheduled months in advance, just to get a consultation. Come the week before the consultation, I was called and told the doctor I was supposed to see wasn't even in that day, and wasn't going to be from the start. I had to reschedule to only three days from the call, a week sooner than expected, or else be pushed back a few weeks. I elected the sooner option.
