I couldn’t be happier with my experiences here! Eric is absolutely amazing at creating a calm and supportive environment! I had seen him through the end of my first pregnancy and requested him throughout this one! He always answered any questions he could with amazing knowledge and created such a calming experience when ultrasounds can be a little uneasy! An amazing person and always doing what he can for his patients!!! 10000000% recommend
My first visit here and the receptionist , JAMIELEE, was extremely kind and understanding. A person going through a medical issue needs kindness and compassion which I felt instantly instead of the usual demeaning and condescending behaviour I have experienced at many other places. I just wish we had more people who choose to be kind. Keep it up Team 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
They never ever answer the phone!!! I've been calling forever I left a voice mail from a week and no one reached out to me either! That's sooo frustrating and unprofessional
The BEST ultrasound place! Eric is so lovely and knowledgeable, truly takes the time to make sure mom is comfortable! He’s so passionate about his job and truly cares for the patient, it’s so nice to see. The receptionist is also so lovely! Truly so happy to go everytime I have an ultrasound.
I'm so happy that I came across this place. Eric my technician and Jamie Lee the receptionist are super nice, efficient , passionate , compassionate and I did not have to wait long at all. It's refreshing to see people having pride in their work. Thank you so much Southwest Ultrasound! Sandi
