I came here for a repeat anatomy scan after having a negative experience at another clinic. Eric was my tech and did an incredible job easing my anxieties and making the experience extremely positive and relaxed. The care and pride he takes in his job shows.
We had an excellent experience on our first visit to Southwest Ultrasound. All staff were very professional, respectful, and efficient. My dad’s ultrasound technologist was Erich, who thoroughly performed a time-intensive bilateral leg arterial Doppler ultrasound study. His expertise, knowledge, patience, and attentiveness were excellent, and he was very friendly and accommodating to my dad, who has limited mobility. No one answers the phone or returns messages… absolutely ridiculous. If your first interaction and impression with a place, is like this…off to a very poor start.
Best Ultrasound place , from the reception staff,(Jamie Lee )to the technician (Yolanda) ,very professional and kind staff ,they will go above and beyond in term of accommodation and bed side manners ,happy that I found a place like this .
