I dropped my van off in September 2021 because I lost fourth and third gear in the transmission. No leaks, no other issues, just a high mileage vehicle that needed a transmission rebuild. I dropped the vehicle off and asked for him to get me a quote on what it would cost to fix it up and a few weeks later I get a phone call saying that the transmission of my van has been rebuilt and I owe him $2570. Always great to come here. Joe knows cars and is truthful and honest with diagnosis. We have taken many cats here and they have done a great job.
They have had the car for FIVE months. He never answers his phone and he makes non stop excuses. He keeps ordering parts because every other weeks. Why not just order all the parts at once. He says he will call but never calls. When you go into speak to him he doesn't care. I still don't have my car back and im losing business as its my work vehicle. Do NOT take your car to this mechanic unless you want it in the lot for months and months. The Worst mechanic in all of Oklahoma!!!!
