GREAT service, nice busses, works with your ToGo Card and U Card, every driver is a boss
The new system with buses to Minneapolis and the airport is not ironed out well my son's been stuck in Minneapolis waiting for a bus for the last hour and a half.
I take this bus daily. Buses show up most of the time, are clean and drivers are professional. They only come once per hour max though and can be very busy. Pretty good for public transport. Wifi has never worked.
We used SW Transit for a concert shuttle at US Bank Stadium and the experience could not have been better. From calling them a couple months earlier for information to actually riding with them the whole experience was easy and everyone we had contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend
