Excellent Service I bought my Classic Monarch in 2007 and have had annual service and some accident damage repair. All repairs and service were done in a timely, cost effective manner. They are a real professional organization.
Expensive A bit more on the expensive side for Maintenance. I bought a brandnew trailer there, and kept having a flat all thet ime, they told me I had to take them to a tire store. Not to helpful.
Not sure we will ever be back Went there looking for a 3 horse trailer on a modest budget! We were very honest upfront on what our budget was and asked if they had anything in our budget range. They said they had several that would work for us but it seemed all the trailers they showed us were way above our budget. When we insisted we stay in our budget range it seemed like they didn't have time for us. Expensive, but get the job done I've taken our trailer here a few times and found them to be pretty expensive, though they do eventually get the job done. The only time I go here is if I can't find another vendor to do the same thing though.
