I would absolutely not recommend SW Toyotalift to anyone. As a first time forklift buyer for our small business, the process of purchasing this forklift has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. From not being told upfront costs of charger and installation until AFTER signing the purchase, to not receiving the correct instructions booklets for our electricians, to not receiving accessories that should come with the machine (required to function.)
