Not only do they price gouge here ($25 a locking lug nut) but they are rude and condescending when you tell them prices are too high!! Lonnie states as I walked out ,"he'll be back" no I wont!! I'll never spend another penny at this shop! Went directly to the dealership and only paid for the replacement lug nuts $20. I try to support local businesses but not when your gonna act like that!
I cannot say enough good things about this business and I just meet them over the phone today. I purchased a trailer sight unseen at another company and Joey took time out of his day to go take a look at it to see if the tires were safe for me to pull back to south KC. We had a blowout a couple exits down on i44, we limped it to Southwest, arrived 30 minutes prior to opening and 4 minutes later someone came in to open the shop and helped us immediately. We got back on the road in under 30 minutes. Amazing service

These guys are pretty much my heroes right now. I drove up from Alabama on bald 235/70 R15's I called them Friday afternoon, and they had them ordered and delivered by Saturday morning. Less than an hour later I was driving away with brand new shoes at a decent price. I can drive back to Alabama tomorrow fully satisfied knowing that there is at least one tire store in marshfield that puts its customers first.
