A friend had trouble with her van, and it appeared to be a brake issue. The appointment was booked , and I showed up early,however, they never opened the doors. Left a message in the key drop-off box with my number. I never received a call from them back. You are unable to leave a message on their answering unit or 24-hour service line. Business needs to be run like a business. Children shouldn't be in the shop! Shop was very untidy!

Don’t call this guys for on-road service call very unprofessional even totally unprofessional. Their air compressor not working and built air pressure not more than 80-90psi and for semi I need 100 psi and more Finally when he is going to torque lug nuts he doesn’t have extention rod to torque nuts At the end when I paid for their job they didn’t send proper bill with company info They just send written things on plain paper.
