I showed up for my appointment as scheduled at 1pm. I was informed that something "had happened" and that I would need to go to Farmington. No attempt to reschedule my appointment or anything other than "sorry" for not even bothering to call me to let me know that my appointment had been cancelled. Got mad at me for being upset that my appointment was cancelled without notice. Said they were "busy".
