I can say I will not be returning to SouthWest Therapeutic after the experience I had. To begin with the massage started late for no good reason. There was a cluster at the front desk with no apparent organization. I wasn’t greeted upon walking in and stood around for a while before someone asked if I was a new patient and had me fill out a form and then I stood around some more when it was finished.
