BEWARE of doing business with Justin Duchamre if you want honest dealings. We hired Justin to be our property manager in 2022 as he owns a Real Estate franchise. We are military and had orders out of state. When we signed with him we communicated two things: 1) We like communication. When things need to be repaired at the house we would like a simple email just letting us know. 2) We prefer military tenants because they can be easily tracked down if they abuse the house or don't pay rent.
