Top Notch unbelievable service. Would highly recommend
We recently moved into a suite where the old tenants disabled the current keypads to get into the suite. SSMI came in, did a quick test of what was needed and came out within a few days to reprogram, fixed, installed and get our keypads working again. Bill was able to walk me through logging into the online system & graciously gave me the sufficient training to navigate through the new system and to add or change users access. I was very pleased with the service we received.
SSMI recently did and upgrade to two offices and a new install at a third office. They were easy to work with and responsive to my questions. The installs were well done and the systems work great. Their followup service has been great also.
I love SSMI. Diane is the best! I call and call and she helps me every time. Their service is exceptional. I highly recommend them!
SSMI is a great monitoring service. The people are friendly and very helpful. Whenever we have any issues or questions they are prompt with there response or they send out one of their knowledgeable and friendly tech to assist.
