RecommendedDr. Guillermo Ponce de Leon performed a hernia and ruptured bladder repair for me last week, on 12/3/2019. I returned to full time work this morning 12/10/2019 with no issues from the procedure. This surgeon has hands blessed by God. !
I would of recommended them if it wasn't for finding out that when they chose a surgical assistant to come in on my surgery, they didn't even check to see if they were in network. Now we have almost 5,000.00 bill from a group we weren't even aware of. My husband called and they just said oops sorry. have to take it up with the other group and nothing we can do. it wasn't even a sincere apology. when I went for my visit, it was with the Cypress location and the staff and surgeon were nice, but beware . Great personal from the Hospital,everything fine and very attentive and honesty.
Very dissapointed in the unprofessional conduct of staff, by sharing personal appointment details, when they had to cancel said appointment unexpectantly, without even trying to contact me, but instead ask your spouse to relay the message, without my consent/ permission for them to do so!! Where and when does a patient's privacy and dignity come in to play exactly??
I would highly recommend Dr. wWod! I called Iin the morning for a new patient appointment asap and they were able to schedule me in that same day! The wait wasn't long to be seen! Dr. Wood was amazing! great personality makes your feel very comfortable! very professional!
My first visit to the Sugarland SWSurgical facility. (Had a festering cyst removed from my back, no big problem.). What a great staff! Everyone from the registration desk to the nursing staff to the security guards were very very friendly, helpful and efficient. Oh, the actual surgical staff were great too. If you need some quality medial care give these folks a try, you will be glad you did.
