I had a job bead blasted by Southwest Surface Blasting. Carlos's crew showed up 3 hours late without a SINGLE phone call nor apology. I called the owner, Russ, and told him what happened and he acted like it was no big deal and normal. I will NEVER use them again and am currently looking for a blasting company in AZ to give my business to.
