Southwest is focused on customer service. Their products are top quality and I believe it's because they have such a great team of people working there. Mackenzie is the best, she always helps me with my order and double checks that I have everything I need. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a steel building kit, large PEMB package or just materials and components. They make everything custom to order.
