Unfortunately I am utterly disappointed in how my case was handled. Terminated if you will. Due to cancelled appointments on my part and 1 no show which occurred today although I had already requested my appointments be cancelled until further notice due to my mother's surgery and my daughter being severely I'll since last week. (August 12th. ) According M.B.(HR DEPT) my ratio for attendance and absences was unacceptable and cause for termination. My son was referred by his doctor for PT. Have been calling for 2 weeks and left multiole messages. They don't return the messages and never pick up the phone.
