Office personnel was very helpful and welcoming. Wait time was very short and i was seen quickly.
They are nice enough but they constantly get my pain medication wrong leaving me often days without my necessary medication. To correct things it’s left up to me to work things out. It’s been the same way with getting an MRI scheduled for my bone on bone shoulders with the first MRI being canceled then 2 months later after my third call they finally caught their mistake and set up another one.

I have always been treated well at Southwest Spine and Pain. I used to go to Spanish Fork but, lately I’ve been going to Payson. I really like the doctors and staff.
They are empathetic, knowledgeable, kind, and will actually help you with your pain. For me, I had been seeking pain relief for 20 years, unsuccessfully, until I went to Southwest Spine & Pain Center. They are a godsend. I couldn't recommend them more... all of their staff.
