I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I was told that someone would contact me to schedule a procedure for my back pain, but it has now been over a month and no one has ever called me. When I contacted the clinic myself to ask for an update, I was repeatedly placed on hold and left waiting for so long that I eventually had to hang up. On another occasion, I was even put on hold just to get the address of the clinic, and again, no one came back to the phone. The lack of communication and follow-up is extreme... read more

Very efficient process, including instructions, from the time the appointment was set to reminder cadence. Dr. Sabin took the time to explain imaging and go over different recommendations. I did not feel rushed.
