Very friendly staff. Caring and helpful, listen to you like you are a real person not just a number. I actually feel heard. They are willing to do whatever it takes to get to the root of the problem. Thank you. I definitely recommend them. Craig, Britney & Dr Jex are amazing & their support staff definitely goes above and beyond to make sure needs are met.

I would give Dr. Freeman 5 stars as he is an incredibly compassionate provider who is always brainstorming to try different approaches to my injuries and pain. He is so kind and caring and I am so grateful to have found him. However, his PA, Craig Doxey, and his NP, Brittney Hemingway, are very poor providers. Craig told me that there was nothing else that could be done for me and said a condescending “Sorry” before sending me on my way. I cried all the way home because I felt so hopeless. So far the doctors have been great here, I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Freeman. I feel like he listened to my questions and answered all of them without rushing. The reason for three stars is every time I've come here, I have to wait so long past my appointment time before I see anyone. And it happens every visit, some aren't as long some are but 30 minutes hasn't been my shortest wait. I think it's a little hypocritical that they only have a 10-minute grace period and I am waiting for over double that on every visit. I... read more
