Update: Waited over 25 minutes past my appointment to see the provider today. Southwest gave a generic response to the review and took no accountability. I’ve been a patient at Southwest Spine and Pain for over four years and have generally had a very positive experience. Today, I had a 9:50 AM appointment. Brittany really was nice and a one on one had good bedside manners and really explained a lot about my back so I’m really happy I went to her
Been a patient with Southwest for several years now. I’ve seen a few of the Nurse Practitioners and Dr Freeman. They treat me so well. If I ever have a pain or increased problem they are willing to try what I think is the best approach. They listen and I never feel rushed. Update** New Saratoga Springs office! And it’s a nice chair wise as the Linden office is! Actually it has better seating than Linden. Thanks for getting updated seating it’s a big deal when waiting!!
Dr. Jex and his team were awesome! Dr. Jex was able to get my mom in for a same day appointment which was such a relief. He explained her MRI to us and gave us options on how to move forward. I so appreciate his multi-modal approach.
