Really rude staff all I was trying to do was find out what to do about my pain talked to a medical assistant in vineyard and she told me that she was going to have to report me to her manager because I didn't know what to do about my pain and she was calling me impatient. That is not how you handle patienta in pain I wasn't even being rude all I wanted to know was what to do about my pain and she wasn't giving me a straight answer.

I love ms Brittney Hemingway and she has been so kind in helping my pain. My only complaint is that I can hear everything the other person is talking about in the room next door. They were talking about some really personal things I feel like I wasn’t supposed to be hearing.

Update: Waited over 25 minutes past my appointment to see the provider today. Southwest gave a generic response to the review and took no accountability. I’ve been a patient at Southwest Spine and Pain for over four years and have generally had a very positive experience. Today, I had a 9:50 AM appointment. I called ahead to let them know I was running late and was informed that I had a 10-minute grace period, so it was no problem. I’ve been a patient at Southwest Spine and Pain for over four years and have generally had a very positive experience. Today, I had a 9:50 AM appointment. I called ahead to let them know I was running late and was informed that I had a 10-minute grace period, so it was no problem. However, when I arrived at 10:02 AM, just as I was walking up the steps, I received a text saying my appointment had been canceled by the provider.
