Took my mower for a belt replacement. I was advised it would take 5-7 days. After 7 days, my voicemail and numerous phone calls were unanswered. Numerous visits found the business closed with other upset customers on site. Finally, after 3 weeks I received my mower but the belt was never replaced. I would not recommend this business.

Had a chainsaw serviced at southwest. Great service at a reasonable price.
I took my echo srm225 for a tuneup . He couldn't get it tells me it's a compression issue with no spark . They didn't fix it or do anything except give excuses. And still charged $20
