They installed screen at my patio in Southlake. First it was delayed by months and in couple of months, the base bent and it hits the box on top when rolled up. It has been months and they have not been able to fix the problem. What they have done is to set it up so that it does not get rolled up all the way. Pathetic.
Wish I had a big enough area for one of these. My friend has a beautiful jade green one from you guys and she absolutely loves it. I'm hoping to build a bigger outdoor area in the future and I'll definitely use you guys. (She doesn't have a Facebook, lol.)
I highly recommend their motorized solar screen. We recently had a retractable solar screen installed to cover three west facing windows. People will not believe the difference this screen makes. Absolutely fantastic.

We love our new retractable solar screen. It keeps our upstairs much cooler and the air conditioner doesn't have to run nearly as much. Can't wait to see how much we save on our next electric bill!
