The amount of guards that leave this place tells you a-lot on how they run their Organization, Time For new management! No miles payed, breaks or to say the least almost Min wage, Get a Job at Burger King for $20
Im not sure why I have heard negative things about working for this company. It’s what you make of it. Keep your head low, come in on time, dont call off and that should keep you in good standing. They dont offer any training or really any benefits to working here. Some of the guards aren’t really trained well and have bad interpersonal skills but that’s expected with any minimum wage job. its good as a side hustle. I wish they would offer better benefits, pay, and would show appreciation to all employees that do well.
