Had a disrespectful, unprofessional encounter with the security guard on Panno drive when I accidentally entered the parking lot to safely turn my vehicle around. A simple driving maneuver with no intent to trespass or cause disruption. When suddenly the security guard quickly raced towards my vehicle in an aggressive , confrontational manner threatening to report my vehicle plate number. I give the security lady five stars for maintaining order at the cemetery. I have been coming here for many years, and I can clearly see the difference. I truly appreciate the cemetery team for having someone like her who ensures order, and I also thank Southwest Security for their professionalism.
Visited out of town 6 hours away to visit our beloved brother at the cemetery just to come across Olga who was very hostile. Asked to move “my car within 5 mins or else” left than within 2 mins came back in front of us and does unprofessional hand gestures than comments to park better. I asked for her name, she said it very aggressively “OLGA!!”
