I called to see if they had a drain plug in and 1inch and a quarter and James sounded dumb founded he sounded like he was still asleep but only gave me that I have good luck like yeah dude u ain't goin to find that
Alvin Roybal’s review is false, I was in the store when this “incident” happened. She helped as best she could and explained to him that she did not have what he was looking for. She did take the part he presented and explained to him that even though someone else recommended them that they do not carry everything in stock. He proceeded to belittle the salesperson and not hear her out. He only complained that he wasted his own time traveling to the store without knowing if they actually had what he needed. Do better Alvin!
Poor customer service. Drove miles because they were recommended. After waiting 10 minutes with no one else in the place I herd a voice say I be right with you. Waiting again another person entered. And then the voice came into existence! So I showed her what I needed and with out even looking. I don't have that!!! DIDN'T EVEN TAKE IT FROM ME! FROM ACROSS THE ROOM NOPE DONT HAVE THAT! LAZY PEOPLE SUCK!!! these people don't care ! Spend your money elsewhere. This place is not worth the trip!!
