Before my first payment was due I had to replace the drivers side tie rod and radiator. A month after buying, I started having suspension/shocks issues. Brought it to two separate mechanics and both said a simple inspection done by the dealership prior to sale would've shown the shocks were leaking for awhile. The mechanic that replaced my radiator said the same thing - that it had been leaking for awhile. This place obviously doesn't do a pre-sale inspection. I recently purchased a car here. I worked with both Rick and Chris, the owner. I only have good things to say about their customer service and kindness. The car is 11 years old and in very good shape for its age. The on-site mechanics went through the car and replaced a number of items, including all of the shocks and struts, touch screen, key, battery, wheel bearing, tie rod, tire sensors, solenoid and an oil change. We're to start, being that I'm not in the state of Minnesota it hard to buy a car or anything of that matter without seeing it person before you buy it. I called and talk to a sales rep and they told me poop or get off the pot. They also told me the truck I wanted to buy was solid for the year/ 09 and price almost 8k. After sending them the money and a few phone calls a flight and my heart racing, all I'm thinking i got craigslist punked.
