Great repair facility.Colby went above all expectations as customer service is concerned.open shop on saturday morning to take care of wet bay door issue and charges very reasonable.these guys are good dependable and very honest
We're operating COVID 19 Testing and Vaccinations vehicles across the country. While in El Paso, TX. we had an air conditioner failure. We spoke to many who couldn't help us but when we spoke to Southwest RV Repair, we were told to bring our trailer to them the following morning at first AM. They took us in and start the diagnostics immediately. The problem was quickly resolved and we were back to testing the same day. I can't thank them enough for their dedication to customer service! My wife and I would like to commend Southwest RV Center for their excellent service and repairs on our slide out. We had experienced multiple issues with this slide out over the years and could not get it properly repaired. Roger and his team kept the RV for one week and made the repair and adjustments.
