I called about an outage today and less than 30 min they had someone out here and had me going again! A+ to SWRE WORKERS!
What a horrible experience I have had with Southwest electric. When I signed up with them Jim explained all the Good things about Southwest electric. None of the Bad. Being new to rural farming I counted on Jim to give me the facts on what electricity would cost and the good and the bad. He gave me all the good facts, But NONE of the bad. SWRE deserves 10⭐️. The office people are courteous, prompt, and friendly. The linemen are my heroes. I don’t think they actually ever sleep, except in the summer. Always on the job, always reliable. MANY THANKS FOR GETTING POWER RESTORED IN AS TIMELY A MANNER AS POSSIBLE!
