Yes truly agree very rude staff get rid of some and rehire or retrain. I know that Dr's are not aware they are oblivious!!
Had surgery 5 years ago. Started to see blurry and flashes in my left eye and saw Cuthbertson since you have to see the Dr. who performed surgery on your eyes ONLY. He said he didn't know why i was seeing blurry since he cant seem to find any new tears in my eyes and i would basically just have to WAIT TILL I GO BLIND IN MY EYE SINCE HE CANT SEEM TO FIND OUT WHY IAM SEEING BLURRY! The flashes he "COULD FIX" with surgery but its going on a two years and still waiting for this SO CALLED SURGERY HE SAID HE CAN DO. I had an appo... read more

Had a great experience during my first appointment. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Surprised by some of the reviews I saw here because that was not my experience. I almost didn't go here because of the reviews but because they are the only retina specialist in El Paso I took a chance and I am very glad I did. Dr Cuthbertson explained my diagnosis in detail and took me through all my options. I highly recommend Southwest Retina Consultants.
