Very unprofessional with the handling of proper documentation and referrals.
They don’t communicate what they need to PCP or patient (even if it’s a weeks long pre-authorization process) until day of or day before surgery resulting in rescheduling even after waiting 3 hours, which results in my grandma suffering for weeks more. At first we got there and they said they needed a paper referral which they had not communicated beforehand, which we drove to PCP and received.
