It is always a pleasure to come to the east office to see Dr Kasuga. His assistant Liz is the smile of the office. Everyone is very helpful, but Liz in particular is the best! She calms the patients with riddles, music, conversation, and the best part of all LAUGHTER!!
The office on Lohman is horrible! They told us they take our insurance then told us they didn’t, and after talking to our regular eye doctor they said they didn’t take our insurance. Today we go into the office and they say they don’t take out insurance and we have to pay out of pocket $800!! The office staff at the desk was looking at us like we were stupid!! The manager was rude and dismissive!! Never go there!!
Dr. Kasuga has been such a blessing for my mom. He is so sweet, kind, and truly knows what he’s doing. He always treats her with respect and takes the time to explain everything, which means so much to us. You can really tell he cares about his patients and their well-being. Liz, the manager, is amazing! She is always so attentive, patient, and never makes us feel rushed. She takes the time to answer all of our questions and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Went in for an appointment at 10:30, still had not been seen by the one physician who seemed to be there by 2:30. So disrespectful of patients time, not even an emergency room takes this long to be seen. No update on why they were slow, just a packed waiting area with obvious overbooking by the staff who are all very rude. Why have 6 physicians listed on the door when only one of them works in this office?
