Started from a little warehouse on Peoria to two fabulous locations to service the public! The growth of this company over the past eight years is amazing! Not only is the growth of the company “stellar”but The response time from southwest is impeccable. The same day service as well as amazing customer service is one that makes this company stand where it does today,at the Top! So if you decide to find a company to equip your restaurant to your expectations,southwest is the company for you!
This place is great for finding new or used restaurant supplies. The sales people are nice and friendly to talk to and are ready to help you with whatever you need.
We have bought several new and used pieces of equipment from Southwest for our small restaurant. They remember us every time we walk in the door. Everyone there is incredibly nice and they go above and beyond to make sure we are getting what we want and need, without being pushy. You can tell they truly love what they do. It's nice to have a go-to place in the valley that you can trust.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY......... THEY SELL YOU BROKEN PIECE OF SHIT EQUIPMENT... AND REFUSE TO FIX IT........ I truly don't understand how this company is still in business...
I would have rated this no stars, however that's not an option. They have the worst customer service ever.. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Rude people, liars, liars, liars.........They don't warranty their products. They sell broken items!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... You can never get ahold of them, and when you do they don't STFU, and let you talk. When you finally get a word in, they hang up on you...
