I rented from here twice. First time was a truck and that went okay. Second time was a stump grinder and that was not a good experience. First, the stump grinder I reserved was not available. I took the smaller one and that one actually had a tire come off after about 3 hours. When I took it back in they offered the larger one I initially reserved and ended up charging me the 24 hour rate for the larger one even though I only had half the day with that one. Are you tired of big box stores where no one knows anything? Stop going there. Craig helped me with purchasing a chainsaw, and had all the knowledge, experience, and customer service I needed. Props to a smaller place that knows what they're doing. Thanks Craig!
