African american ladies up front were very rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back here ever .
My experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The staff (Natasha) were rude and condescending, making customers and myself feel like an inconvenience rather than individuals seeking help. When I tried to refer a customer to another location for assistance, I was rudely told that I should not be doing so. Tarrant county do better! The receptionist was rude right before I could get a word in mam we are fixing to go to lunch loudly at me. I had called the call center they had specificallly told me that they take walk ins to be there before 8am for when they open the door or before they open the door at 1pm so that they could take me. The Receptionist was terrible . I was turned away after making an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. Do not recommend this location at all
