Candid, fair, transparent and communicative, we are so glad we chose to rent with SW Property Sales & Leasing. There are a lot of choices for PMG's in the quad city Prescott area, and if you want professionalism and a thorough, positive experience as a tenant, you won't be disappointed. It's important that both the tenant and the landlord / property owner be protected with a robust lease process handled by experts from a reputable, local team. That is what my family and I have enjoyed, and appreciate the most!
My friend has complained multiple times about her downstairs neighbor smoking marijuana. It smells every time I visit and my friend is terribly allergic and has respiratory illness. The manager has neglected to take care of the situation even though it violates the lease.

Curious how a property can ask a tenant to vacate the unit they’ve leased when the individual hasn’t broken or violated the terms of said lease? Called and spoke with Lori and was not provided a direct answer as to why a 30-day notice was issued other than one roommate complained about the other possessing a registered gun inside the unit (which is legal in Arizona so I’m unsure where the problem lies), while the same complaining roommate illegally tattooes customers for money without a license or permission to perform comme... read more
