Me and my family had ordered sweaters with a memorial of my mother. They did a terrible job the letters keep pealing and my moms photo is also coming off. We took them back in to get them fixed and all they did was cut the picture where it was pealing and repressed the words and that still didn’t work. The customer service is terrible the dude at the front desk was not polite at all knowing we made those sweater out of grief. They overprice and they never called us back to tell us they were “done”.
