This lifeguard company has always been good at least. I don’t mind working at one or two at the most of the same Pools that I worked at last in the past I meant to say earlier. This lifeguard company was five stars when it started because I would used to be scheduled at at least two different pools. It has just come down one, not two stars over a few years. For the lifeguard, they hire, the first have them attend about a one hour long orientation at their office, reviewing all the companies, procedures and policies.
