This is an okay lifeguarding company and I usually have one assigned pool each summer. They should at least hopefully try to scheduled at two of that’s what it takes for enough hours for posisovle future seasons. I also will better request a little more shifts in June and July than August only I guess would work ok incase also for the future maybe. This lifeguard company has always been good. I have worked at a variety of pools over the years and it’s OK that I’m working at one now that’s most conveniently accessible food when people aren’t there only. the lifeguards they hire, the first have them attend about a one hour long orientation at their office, reviewing all the companies, procedures and policies. This lifeguard company has always been good at least. I don’t mind working at one or two at the most of the same Pools that I worked at last in the past I meant to say earlier. This lifeguard company was five stars when it started because I would used to be scheduled at at least two different pools. It has just come down one, not two stars over a few years.
