Very unprofessional--- I scheduled an appointment two weeks out to meet with Bob Christiansen to set up a retirement account. He knew that I was just getting back from a vacation out of the country and was using a vacation day to meet with him. I wish there was a ‘0’ star. This company can care less about your well being. An Emergency status does not exist and they would rather see you suffer, maybe even die, before they let you see any amount of YOUR balance you invested. Go elsewhere if possible! I never write reviews, but after getting off of the phone with Rob, and he being so un-empathetic, I needed to write a review to warn everyone else. I’m so disappointed.
