I received excellent care from start to finish. From my first contact, through my parathyroid surgery, to my post op care. Excellent!
Dr. Boone is definitely the doctor to see, especially if you have had negative scans in the past. She looked at all four glands and in my case removed two of them. She explained everything and encouraged questions. She gives you a contact phone number and email in case of questions after the surgery. I typically am not a big fan of giving reviews, but this time it is very much necessary. Dr. Deva Boone truly is one of a kind and one of the best surgeons that I have experienced in my lifetime. She is very knowledgeable on Parathyroid disease and just as important she genuinely cares for her patients. She is there for her patients every step of the way from consulting to post surgery follow-up. Thank you Dr. Boone in making a significant difference in my health and your indepth care and support.
Primary care Dr.s wrote off my symptoms of fatigue aches and pains osteoporosis compression fractures kidney stones as all caused by my Hashimotos Im 67 I thankfully saw Dr Boones YouTube watched all of them went back and asked for copy of my labs filled out website questionnaire had phone consultation and was scheduled for surgery within the month I had 2 parathyroid glands removed I came from 4 hrs away returned home next day no problem My calcium and parathyroid are normal my energy improves every day along with body ache... read more
Dr Boone is a great doctor I had surgery scheduled for my parathyroidectomy and after having two growths for 10years they were finally removed. This impeded on swallowing liquids/food. Now after surgery I’m doing so much better my calcium bloodwork came back really good and with me having high blood pressure pretty much most my life. BP is doing so much better now and more manageable even with taking meds.
