This is the best shop in town!!Jason and Anthony helped me so much and kept me informed and updated me. They were professional, kind and so helpful. They helped with the rent a car place told them to pick me up, they let me drop the car off and they returned it to the Rent-A-Car place. Jason went over all the repairs and gave me a quote before I left my car in their hands. Truly the best!! I would recommend you use these professionals!!
Oh Southwest Paint and Body, what has happened to you? Until today, I was a long-time customer. I think y’all have gotten too big without learning about proper customer service and more so, communication. Without going into detail, this was for a miscellaneous non-collision service. Said car was dropped off the night prior, to make things easier. The next day in the early afternoon, I called to check on progress and my same adjuster told me “Great, we are looking at 5pm pickup!”. Get there and nothing is done. Like “what”? T... read more
I had been to several other mechanics and spent quite a bit of money trying to fix my driver's side door and no other mechanics could fix it. They fixed my door in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge me anything. I highly recommend Jake and the whole team at Southwest Paint and Body. Thank you all for finally helping me fix it!
NEVER NEVER NEVER take your car here they charge you more than what they say originally..... they couldn't figure out out how to wire factory headlights when I brought it to them working already and tried to have me leave with it not done I had to use there tools and wire it myself after I paid them already. Worst shop I've ever been tooooo!!
