My wife was there june 5th 2026 in the trauma ward and if you want your loved one to get the best care DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
The facility itself was clean, professional, and my procedure went smoothly. My concern is not with the medical staff, but with the facility's billing practices and customer service. I underwent what was intended to be a routine preventive endoscopy/colonoscopy earlier this year. Unfortunately, my insurance is on a grandfathered plan that does not cover preventive care without applying the deductible, which resulted in several unexpected bills, including a ~$400 facility charge from this center after applying my insurance! ... read more
Grateful to the staff of doctors and therapists who worked diligently to get me back up and running again!! I pray that God continues to bless you all for your care and expertise with all of us patients!! Really bad experience. I had surgery scheduled with him to remove an ovarian cyst of 5 cm (not tremendously big) and on my pre op (which I waited almost an hour to see him) he said that he would most likely need to my OVARY with the cyst. Seemed like he wasn’t even going to try to save the ovary. Obviously made me really upset and I ended up canceling the surgery. I found another doctor that removed my cyst without having to sacrifice my ovary, so it was definitely a possibility to JUST remove the cyst. Additionally, he swor... read more
Ghetto- hospital care. Absolutely avoid this branch if you are serious about quality healthcare. They don't know what they are doing. The don't communicate with the patient family- it's a mess. Care team made so many mistakes, and it kept happening day after day. It was exhausting dealing with them. They are not set up for any Magnet Nursing standards despite the optics. Management crisis- stay away!
