I’m a Veteran who was referred to this place. They have a dog that growled at my 3 year old the last time I was there. Then today when we went in again to pick up a pair of shoes. I opened the door for my 3 yr old bc it’s to heavy for him, and he was holding a flier for a fundraiser he’s trying to raise money for, and he wanted to show them. This store sells specialty sandals as well as shoes. I bought a pair of xelero sandals here and they are the best sandals I have ever had and worth every penny. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend this store!

I would recommend Southwest orthotic Lab.when I first came in my pain was at an eight. SOL worked with me until we found a workable solution to my pain. The prices are affordable. They worked to get me approved by my medicare. Best customer service ever. I can now do my daily routine and I have very little pain.

Dennis has been taking care of my wife's boots for many years. He has gone above and beyond to get her corrected, as she needs elevation. I am so thankful for his continued expertise. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family and to the public too. Thank you so much Dennis.

This is my second time ordering custom orthotics and I can’t say enough about how helpful Amy is as well as how much the orthotics have helped my feet! Amy takes time and explains things and is very helpful. I have plantar fasciitis and after trying numerous inserts, Amy helped me get custom orthotics that made all the difference! Highly recommend this place!
