The staff here really know their stuff! I was surprised to learn the methods they can use to customize footwear. The appointments were not too far out, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And you don't need an appointment to go check out their socks and shoes and whatnot there in the store.

I’m a Veteran who was referred to this place. They have a dog that growled at my 3 year old the last time I was there. Then today when we went in again to pick up a pair of shoes. I opened the door for my 3 yr old bc it’s to heavy for him, and he was holding a flier for a fundraiser he’s trying to raise money for, and he wanted to show them. This store sells specialty sandals as well as shoes. I bought a pair of xelero sandals here and they are the best sandals I have ever had and worth every penny. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend this store!
I would recommend Southwest orthotic Lab.when I first came in my pain was at an eight. SOL worked with me until we found a workable solution to my pain. The prices are affordable. They worked to get me approved by my medicare. Best customer service ever. I can now do my daily routine and I have very little pain.
