I was told on my phone that my appointment was at 11:30. I arrived at 11:32 and I waited to be checked in for 10 minutes while she was visiting with a man checking in…she saw me standing there, after 10 minutes of waiting I sat down. There was a man that came after me so I stood up by the counter and took him next which made me really late at that time. She was very rude and said , “you’re 15 minutes late and I told her that I have been waiting to check in since 11:32 and she rolled her eyes! I have waited in the waiting roo... read more
Mediocre at best. Poor follow up after procedure . PA that can't make appointments on time even when you're his first one of the day. Find myself traveling to Salt Lake for any surgery now.
Dr. Grames was excellent. He was very good at explaining my knee issues. He gave me recommendations for PT and a sports medicine knee surgeon. It was great to have options and doctors he felt were the best at helping with my issues.
I was very impressed with Dr Grames and his assistant. He was very kind and listened to my concerns.
