Who would have thought that having a tooth extracted, infection cleaned out, bone grafting done with titanium mesh and 3 screws would be a breeze. All done in 1 visit by the best oral surgeon there is, Dr. Buch. He and all the staff at Southwest Oral Surgery are truly wonderful! Nice experience at Southwest My daughter had surgery today early in the morning and I will say that we had an awesome experience!
The customer service from start to finish was without hesitation the best I have seen in years. I was also impressed that before the procedure they brought my wife into the room to meet her and let her know what was going to take place. Professional and customer friendly are definitely the key factors here. Keep doing what you are doing.
My experience with Southwest Oral Surgery all positive. Dr. Buch was very pleasant, considerate and kind. The surgery went well. The Dr. and Jessica helped to make me feel comfortable and relaxed as much as possible. Everyone that I have encountered in that office has been very pleasant. I don't think I've been in another medical office where everyone has been so pleasant.

Dr. and staff were very informative and helpful. Each took their time and explained the procedure in a very detailed manner as well as answered questions fully. The Dr. assessed my individual challenges and performed the procedures in a manner to mitigate any possible issues that could arise. The tooth extraction took minimal time and the assistant was very helpful in imparting an understanding of what the aftercare should involve.
Dr. Mansfield was so kind, caring and very understanding. He called to check on me at home twice and even didn't mind when my mother called him late at night to ask questions about my healing. I am so glad that we chose Southwest Oral Surgery and that he took care of me.
Implant procedure Great staff to work with. I feel like they are really concerned about my problems and take good care of me. The implant procedure was quick and painless.
Highly impressed with Dr. Buch and all of the staff. Always glad to visit an office where everyone seems happy and smiling in their workplace.
