Had a appointment for a depo that is very much needed only to find out no one is there and they been making appointments on their holidays breaks without informing their patients this is the second time this has happened to me been my family has with Soahac for 22+years now never had this problem before
My elder took me here, said it would be great. Since i just moved back. Full of non natives abusing the system. I agree the Extremely rude non native immigrant Receptionist is a joke. Looking down on us asking if we had an appointment. Couldn't even explain to me in concise comprehensive english on how to get an appointment or to see a dr Or register. We are both registered at SOHAC London. wasted time on drive 30 minutes and 30 minutes on i pad trying to figure out services just to have him treat us like that. He could of a... read more
