My elder took me here, said it would be great. Since i just moved back. Full of non natives abusing the system. I agree the Extremely rude non native immigrant Receptionist is a joke. Looking down on us asking if we had an appointment. Couldn't even explain to me in concise comprehensive english on how to get an appointment or to see a dr Or register. We are both registered at SOHAC London. wasted time on drive 30 minutes and 30 minutes on i pad trying to figure out services just to have him treat us like that. He could of a... read more
My dr is amazing and helpful and staff go above and beyond to help me with any thing
I can’t seem to be able to reach reception to set up an appointment with the new phone system. I am hoping that someone will see this message and get in touch with Andrea Parker.
Can never get ahold of anyone when i call,phones never get answered like there is no one in reception everytime i call but if i show up there is usually 2 or 3 young women just sitting when I walk in, what is up with that ?
