I had another Cancer Radiation Doctor tell me this business is defunct. Suggest Google Maps investigate. In the few months I tried to get treatment, insurance was paid, but no treatment received.
My husband had stage 3 throat cancer. The staff was great while he was going through treatment. He needs a petscan and have been waiting 2 months cause the scan machine has been broken. His ENT Dr referred him somewhere else and now Southwest Oncology won't even return his phone calls we thought Tracy was better than this.
The staff here are so wonderful! Cancer is a tough journey for everyone involved, patient and family both , when you find a team that is professional, kind, caring and supportive it makes all the difference. These people are the best! If this is what life currently looks like for you right now, I highly recommend them. You will not be sorry.
I was seen by Doctor O’laughlin. Due to having cancer I am unable to speak. My sister was with me. He was asking questions and was not listening to her answers as he kept asking the same questions and speaking over her. He had no regard for me being the patient nor my concerns. To say the least, I walked out of there and was in tears. Absolutely devastated that he is allowed to practice.
