2 Stars because I feel Dr. James got into it for the money and NOT the patient. I am a female and called because I was having some time sensitive issues that could mean life/death. Called and first thing they asked was type of insurance and since it's Medicare no appointments til February which could be well to late. Healthcare in America is all about greed.. so so sad
