So baffling and bad it deserved a second negative review.
Truly one of the most baffling experiences trying to get this place to either answer their phone or even give a call back. I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of these folk to schedule an appointment. Never once has anyone ever answered the phone after weeks of calling. I’ve left messages with never a call back. You’ll be on hold for an eternity and it will hang up on you. Call again, and it hangs up on you again. A cochlear ear hearing implant from SW Ohio ENT Specialists ruined my father's quality of life. When the doctor did the surgery to install it, he accidentally left a small hole in the inner ear. That hole caused the fluid to leak out. The lack of fluid screwed up my Dad's sense of balance. That doctor kept telling my Dad to do more balance exercises to fix the problem.
