They gave me and estimate of 127 for the service, and when I was asking why they treated me like I was nothing and claimed I was a liar. I have no problem paying but I just wanted to know why.
Was given an estimate for a spay, but when I called to schedule pick up the price was $130 more. I simply asked why the price was so much more than the estimate, instead of having a conversation the Dr was yelling in the background that I can go down the road and ask them what they charge and what I need to do and where I can go. I had called his office today and explain our senior dog was declining fast and needed to euthanize. His whole staff was compassionate and even Dr.Gerhart not knowing our fur baby, loved on her like he has known her a long time. Bedside manner was nothing but the best! Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!
