The staff at Dr. Martin s office were so nice and helpful. I ve had back pain for a few years now and went to other spine doctors in El Paso and they told me I needed surgery. Dr. Martin told me all I needed was therapy and pain management. Dr. Martin gave me my life back and the process couldn t have been easier!
Horrable service, after our two and a half hours in the waiting room we go in to see Dr. Martin who only sees us for about ten minutes before dismissing us. We were sent to have some MRIs done and the Dr would contact us with the results two weeks after the MRIs were done and the Dr. still had not even looked at them. We had to constantly be calling to see what was going on. They take pride in being a "paperless office" they should focus on provinding a better degree of service to their patients. Extremely dissapointed.
